| It would appear that my days of alternating between color and b&w are over. If I were to try to keep it up, I would simply be subjecting you the viewer to a series of sub-par photos. And no one wants that. As for this image, it was taken shortly after a recent light rain fall. This bead of water had collected on the leaf of a rose bush. Two things really struck me about this photo. First the bead of water acting as a small lens, not surprising, but neat. The second was the appearance of the leaf itself, far more rounded and waxy than it appears to the naked eye. That's what I enjoy about macro, seeing things in a whole new light. |
